Compact RF power transmitter for the 2200–2300 MHz frequency band. The product is part of a wider 2 GHz transmitter-amplifier family. Based on customer requirements, it can be adapted for neighboring frequency applications within the 2000–3000 MHz range. The amplifier was originally developed for professional MMDS systems, as MMDS trasmitter , where it has proven its high operational reliability during long-term operation. It features a powerful temperature-controlled cooling system with sufficient thermal reserve, which is essential for extending the lifetime of the final-stage FET transistors. Basic design is done as upconvertor with power amplifier . According customer demand can be RF chain modificated .

One of the key features of this device is the high-quality linear RF chain optimized for signal transmission where preservation of modulation parameters is critical. The design allows processing of a wide range of digital modulation formats, including high-order QAM and OFDM systems requiring excellent signal quality.
The frequency conversion stage uses a low-noise, high-stability local oscillator, providing low phase noise and excellent frequency stability. This makes the amplifier suitable for broadband data transmission systems where high MER values and minimal signal degradation are required.
The output power reaches approximately 1 W depending on the modulation type, channel bandwidth, and required signal quality. The amplifier is suitable not only for traditional radio applications but also for modern digital wireless communication systems.
Thanks to the combination of a high-quality local oscillator, linear RF chain, and proven mechanical design, the RA2250.100.20E provides a reliable solution for applications where not only output power is important, but also the preservation of high-quality modulated signals.
