The MK-71 is a professional Ku-Band low noise frequency converter designed for high-performance RF receiving systems. Originally developed for DOCSIS broadband networks, the converter is also suitable for a wide range of microwave, satellite and professional communication applications where excellent sensitivity, low noise figure and frequency stability are required.

The converter is designed with emphasis on very low noise performance, allowing reliable reception of weak RF signals while maintaining high signal quality for modern digital modulation systems. A stable local oscillator with low phase noise ensures excellent signal integrity and suitability for demanding broadband communication applications.
The MK-7x series can be custom designed for customer-specific frequency ranges, local oscillator frequencies, bandwidths and RF interfaces. This allows adaptation for various Ku-Band and other microwave frequency conversion requirements.
