The TRX-UHF63 is a professional two-way UHF frequency converter designed for demanding RF communication, broadcast and wireless network applications. Originally developed for DOCSIS wireless networks, the converter is also suitable for a wide range of professional RF systems requiring excellent filtering performance and frequency stability.
A key feature of the TRX-UHF63 is its precision-machined 7-pole cavity diplexer filter, individually tuned to provide exceptionally sharp filter characteristics, excellent transmitter/receiver isolation and outstanding rejection of adjacent-channel interference. The diplexer can also be retuned during production to nearby frequency bands within the current design, allowing flexible adaptation to customer requirements.
The converter incorporates a low phase-noise local oscillator, making it suitable for modern digital communication systems using high-order modulation schemes. Customer-specific operating frequencies, local oscillator frequencies and channel bandwidths are available on request.
